Physical Therapy 

We offer an integrative approach to physical therapy, utilizing evident based practice throughout multiple treatment styles in order to progress you to your full potential. At E.P.I.C, we focus on patient centered goals in order to ensure you are progressing towards the athlete that YOU want to be.

Initial Evaluation- 75 minute session

Our aim is to perform a comprehensive movement analysis to determine any movement faults contributing to pain or decreased performance. Based on the evaluation findings, skilled manual techniques will be utilized to address any impairments that are found, followed individualized exercises to improve performance.

Rehabilitation Session - 45 minute session

Each rehabilitation session will focus on facilitating pattens human movement patterns, utilizing manual techniques and the integration of multiple treatment styles.

Personal Training

Our personal training packages offer interactive, one-on-one, partner, or group sessions administered by our nationally certified trainers. Our programs involve a Physical Therapy assessment to create individually designed programs that include strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, stretching and weight management to achieve your desired fitness goals. Personal training will also include a personalized nutrition recommendation plan from certified dietitians, to help you reach your goals.

Through the use of an individualized movement assessment, all sport specific bodywork is tailored towards the needs of each individual. Multiple techniques such as cupping, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM), and pin-stretch, are all integrated to ensure maximum outcomes in performance and movement quality. 

First time client - 60 minute session

Returning Clients - 60 minute session

Cupping - 20 minute session

Myofascial decompression utilizing a variety of cupping techniques, can be extremely beneficial in facilitating efficient biomechanics in order to promote greater growth and performance of muscle.

Online Coaching

If you are looking to train with E.P.I.C. Performance and Physical Therapy but are not in the immediate area covered, we offer an online programming option. This will allow you the chance to experience the E.P.I.C. training methods and be a part of the E.P.I.C. community. Programs will still be individually tailored and delivered to your email for your use. We offer a variety of options that include personalized nutrition and exercise programming .
